For the fifth consecutive year, Texas has won Site Selection’s prestigious Governor’s Cup Award as the nation’s top performing state for capital investment and job creation.

From 2004 to 2016, Texas has won the Governor’s Cup Award eight times. The award highlights top-performing states for job creation and capital investment. Site Selection Magazine has awarded the Governor’s Cup annually since 1978, based on new and expanded corporate facilities as tracked by the proprietary Conway Projects Database.
